Manager's Message – Spring 2012

We're officially into the start of 2012 and are already experiencing nearly perfect weather here on Marco Island!

2011 saw several property enhancements including: completion of our bathroom renovations; replacement of handrails throughout the property with lighter, brighter, hand-friendly railings; and we've replaced our spa with a brand new one that includes more jets and is surrounded by attractive pavers in a pattern that we hope to extend to the pool deck and walkways in the future.

A lot of planning and work went into the completion of our kitchen and living room model. Each week we try to make this beautiful unit available to as many Owners as possible in order to get your comments and feedback. The model concept has been shown to work exceptionally well at Club Regency and allows us to gather a great deal of input from our Owners before moving forward with the larger project this September in the E building and 2013 in C & D.

We'd also like to send a gentle reminder that Club Regency is a completely Non-Smoking Property. Previously, smokers were asked to limit their smoking to the lanais or outdoors; we have now provided a designated smoking area on the upper deck of the club house. Please be aware that any rooms determined to be damaged by smoke will be charged a $200 fine.

It is an ongoing privilege for me to be able to work with the outstanding staff and extraordinary Board Members of Club Regency of Marco Island. Their commitment to excellence will ensure that Club Regency remains a very special place well into the future and that your vacation experience will always be exceptional.
